They also don’t resurface brake rotors anymore, so you’ll have to buy new ones. This will substantially increase your out-the-door costs. Labor costs are through the roof, but that’s everywhere. I’ll stick to a local shop from now on. Edit: 3 hours later they did end up honoring the warranty on the pads after I showed the rude lady at the counter the warranty paperwork specifically says it covers wear for the life of the car. She had to call her regional manager because she didn’t believe me or the paperwork that I had in hand.

I did have to get the tire replaced, however it fortunately did not cost me too much!! They got the job done quickly and so far my new tire is doing good!!

John displayed exemplary customer service even while working with Customers who can be pretty challenging at times, with his hard work, commitment, and dedication. Has left an impression on me, so I keep coming back. I spoke with the general manager, who encouraged me to commend him, and I think these moments we capture in customer service are great, and people need to be recognized. Again, John, thank you for showing up and exceeding customers' expectations. I would like to see him trained and develop further to become a future store leader for this company. I believe he can do it.
