  Absolutely awesome staff at the Rivers ave store in North Charleston. Blake is a great manager and knows his job very well. Augustis was awesome and made my return a breeze. Will definitely do business here again.

  Augustis and Andrew at the Enterprise on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston truly set the bar for customer service. From start to finish, they were incredibly patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and genuinely made the whole process stress-free. On top of being professional, Augustis was so down-to-earth and even brought a little humor into the experience, which made it feel welcoming and human—not transactional. Andrew was professional and kind and willing to jump in and help. You can tell they actually care about helping people and doing their jobs well. I would 100% recommend going to see these two fellas if you need a rental. If you’re heading to Enterprise on Rivers, ask for Augustis and Andrew—you won’t be disappointed!
