  We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Max to purchase our camper! From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.   I just bought my first camper and I am so appreciative of the entire staff for making my experience an enjoyable one. Specifically, Alexis and Micel went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. Alexis gave me local tea on camping site and Micel took the time to introduce me to just about every team member for specific areas of support. I could tell they listened to my needs because of the items that were suggested as we moved throughout the process. By the end, I felt like extended family, and now, their location has just earned me as their new mascot 💜

  Let me start by saying we bought a Rockwood mini light from Camping World and Mical Desjardine Was our sales person she was patient well-versed thorough. This is our first experience buying a camper and she made it fun and easy. When we stop in to pick up things she’s always there with a hello and still ask us if we need anything. We feel as if we made a friend. We recently stopped in for a weight distribution hitch, and Miss Taylor and Miss Morgan were incredibly helpful as a matter fact we had to stop back in because we had a few questions and Miss Taylor was there again. She took the time to help and she introduced us to Mr. Ryan, who took the time to show my husband what he needed to do. The stress that was relieved was incredible. You have an amazing team and we are very grateful to everyone who took the time to help out first time campers!

  I had an absolutely awful experience at this camping store. I walked around the sales floor for over 30 minutes fully intending to purchase a REME unit, and not a single employee acknowledged me or offered assistance. After being ignored on the floor, I decided to grab a few items for my trailer instead. When I went to the parts window, it only got worse. There were more than six employees crowded behind the desk talking among themselves. I stood there waiting for over 15 minutes while they continued their conversation and completely ignored me. At that point, I walked out and left all the items I was planning to purchase on the counter. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. Very disappointing experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and I recommend others do the same.

  Bought a camper in oct they took my deposit because they had to bring it from Georgia ... they agreed to fix a few minor things , we Booked a family trip for christmas 2 months later still haven't refunded the deposit , no camper ,.... cancel the Christmas trip because still no camper and we're supposed to leave that day ... lost that deposit for the spot ... call and get hung up on 2 weeks to finally speak with a manager they refund the deposit for the camper, promise to refund the deposit from the trip we didnt get to take ... 2 months later the deliver the camper , with none of the supplies they promised ,locked and dirty !!! Contact them again , promise keys , and the check for the missed trip , and send some one out to wash it and unlock it ... inside still dirty no key .. AND THE BLACK WATER TANK FULL send someone out again ti empty the tank and make a key to fit the door but nothing else ! So still dont have the keys , or the check , and it is now February!!! After making this post the next morning had a call from service manager and had keys and check delivered the next day. That guy gets 5 stars!!!! And needs a raise he got things done . Thank you service manager!
