  Very bad experience. Was rescheduled 3 times before my window finally got replaced on the 4th time. Poor communication. First appt was State Farm’s fault scheduling as a repair vs replacement. Second time I drove to safelite on a Saturday morning for my appt (that they called to CONFIRM the appt the day before) and they didn’t even have my windshield in.. waste of my time. Should have called me to reschedule before I drove up there. Third time they were scheduled to come to me on the next Saturday and were told to call me and given my number for communication. They call my husband to reschedule at the time of my appt.. so another last minute wasted time. Fourth time apparently was the charm, they finally were able to keep their appt. The front desk lady and the guy who did the actual repair were great. Everything else was horrible. Would not recommend at all. Need serious improvement in communication to vendors the windshields come from + customers.

  These appointments can be nerve wrecking for anyone because time frames can be tricky, but my safelite tech kept me so informed and even welcomed any requests I had. Frank made me feel safe. These types of appointments can also be extra nerve wrecking for women because you never know what kind of man is being sent to your appointment. Frank never once made me feel nervous, scared, or even on alert. He also never made me feel stupid. He treated me like a person. He was kind, professional, clean, and informative. An absolute pleasure. Ladies! Ask for Frank!! You won’t regret it.

  Two no-show technicians and eventually had to take the vehicle in myself. Complete lack of communication and passing of responsibility. The only reason it got done is because my husband and I were persistent but we had to manage getting it done ourselves, going into the store, around the sudden death of a family member which is absolutely unacceptable.

  The Safelite employee's are curtious and professional, they completed the job swiftly. Thanks. Will recommend to any customer that needs windows replaced.
