The issue is, I was not notified beforehand that the glass wasn’t in stock, which resulted in me wasting my early morning and their time unnecessarily. The second appointment was scheduled for today, with Safelite coming to my home between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. However, no one showed up, and I received no call or notification. This complete lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Based on these experiences, I will not be returning to Safelite. I plan to find a more reliable glass company that can actually deliver the service they promise. This level of service is disappointing and frustrating, especially when I could have gone elsewhere from the start.
