All things considered, great experience with this shop. My windshield had to be replaced and I was in/out in less than the projected time to repair. The post-repair debrief was clear and pleasant. I highly recommend these folks for their professionalism with respect to both the actual work and the 'Customer relations'.

They take forever to do anything. Start on your vehicle an hour and A half late then say well that’s how long it takes to work on the vehicle which is A lie because i got A notification and called after said notification and three different people told me it was only going to take 2 hours. Still weren’t done with the vehicle til an hour plus after they said it would be done and just kept making excuses for it. No communication on the progress of the vehicle either other than the “replacement has started” text message. They don’t wipe anything off after replacing your windshield either. There was debris all over the dash, seats and floor.

I booked my appointment a week in advance. Brought my vehicle in at the initial appointment time and had my wife and kids follow me in another vehicle to pick me up. Dropped off the vehicle, and two hours later received a call that they didn’t receive all of the parts required to replace my windshield. They claim this is a common problem that OEM windshields sometimes don’t come with the moulding required to bring the vehicle back to factory look and spec. If that’s the case, since they had an ENTIRE WEEK to prepare for my appointment, why was this not the FIRST thing they checked when the windshield arrived? Instead they disrupted my family’s entire morning and let us drop off our vehicle and take two hours to figure this out when they should have checked this when receiving the parts. This is a training and management issue, and the intake process when receiving parts should include verifying that everything needed for the install is there. Because of this lack of training and poor processes, my family’s weekend was disrupted two weeks in a row to finally get this fixed. The technician also left pieces of rubber seals in the vehicle. Additionally, the FIRST time we dropped the van off (when it wasn’t fixed), it was a very rainy day. When we arrived back to take the van back home, the rear drivers side window was down and the inside of the vehicle was soaked on that side. The technician I retrieved my keys from did bring paper towels to wipe it down, which I appreciated, but again, this shouldn’t have happened. Apparently the roll this window down to attach their work order tablet to it while they work on your vehicle. This is another part of their process that needs to improve to check all the windows before the vehicle leaves the work bay.
