I went in this Saturday to get an oil change and they told me that I needed a battery as well so I bought one. They installed the battery incorrectly. The positive terminal wasn’t attached at all, so my car lost power. I was stuck until someone with tools could help me. I called and explained what happened. They were really understanding and offered to give me a discount on my next oil change. I appreciate that they were nice about it, but that doesn’t take away from the mistake they made that caused me a lot of frustration and wasted time. This was completely avoidable.
