  Staff was very friendly and responded to questions promptly. Very happy with service and the rental experience. Only issue was smell of cigarette smoke in the vehicle - I should have gone back in when I realized the smell but staff was helping another customer and I wanted to get on my way. Ended up buying Lysol and was able to get rid of most of the smell. I will rent from this location again when I need a car locally.

  Very easy from start to finish. Able to book online. No hassle. Very clean car. Customer service was great!!
