  Came in with a bolt in my tire. Left with a patch in as expedient time as they could. Herb, Sam, and Will being the three I worked with and they were all great.

  Absolutely horrible. Never ever do business here. If this was the last car shop standing in Newberry and you needed service, hire a tow truck to take you someplace else. I came to them for an inspection. They told me I needed 4 new tires for my Mars Orange Kia Soul and it would be $536 out the door for everything involved with the new tires. I okayed it and they put the new tires on. I took the car on a trip to Charlotte the following Monday and noticed vibration on the wheels and steering at higher speeds so I had them rebalance the wheels. (This is rebalance #1). They said two tires on one side were off and fixed them. Took the car on another trip to Winston Salem for Christmas and it was no better. Brought it in when i got back. They rebalanced again. (Rebalance #2). They said all the wheels were off and didn't know why. Said to try it and let them know. It was no better. Fifteen minutes later I'm back there again. One of the guys rode in the car with me and saw and felt what it was doing. In the shop it went again. (Rebalance #3). The front two tires were off and he fixed it himself, but had the manager with him. Manager said I bought "low end tires that may not coordinate with my car, and I may need to upgrade to have the ride I want." There was no mention of grades of tired when they chose these tires for me and gave me a price to install them on my vehicle. And I sure as hell am not spending even 1 more dollar at a place that balances my wheels and can't get it right in 4 tries. So, I'm stuck with shitty 20,000 mile tires that vibrate at high speeds because this place has incompetent sales people of incompetent mechanics. I'm not sure which. But the will not get one more penny from me again. Ever.

  Horrible! I was quoted an out the door price when I booked my appointment, but when it came time to pay I was charged $200.00 more. I explained what I was told over the phone, but was told the call center gives incorrect information and there was nothing that could be done about it. I was also told it would take about 2 hours and had to stay for 3. There were plenty of employees sitting/standing around while the 1 guy worked on my car.

  As a college girl, mechanics usually freak me out because I know nothing about this stuff. The staff here is super friendly and kind! They explained things to me about my car without making me feel dumb! I highly recommend them!! Will return!

  I’ve taken multiple vehicles in for oil changes and tire rotations, and the customer service has always been excellent. I’ve never felt pressured to do any additional services, and they consistently get my vehicles in and out in a timely manner. I will continue taking our vehicles to the Newberry location.
