He made the entire car rental process smooth and easy, taking the time to clearly explain all the terms and details. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. I also really appreciated the support from his team when I ran into an issue with the key fob battery running low. The car wasn’t detecting the key, but they quickly walked me through how to use the fob to press the start button and get the vehicle running. That guidance was incredibly helpful and got me back on the road without any hassle. Overall, the level of service and support I received was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about Jacob and his team—highly recommend!

When I returned the car several days later, he remembered me, asked how my visit to town was and very efficiently worked through my return in a matter of minutes. Jacob’s manner made all the difference. I observed him with two other not-so-kind men as I waited during one of my exchanges and was impressed with his customer service skills. Also, when I returned the car, one other employee checked the car inside and thanked me for returning the car in such clean condition. I’d come back to this location as long as those two employees are there.
