  Ryan was very helpful and he answer any questions i had he let me test drive the vehicles and look under the hood to make sure everything is good he got me the lowest payment possible to help me and he help with paperwork

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience purchasing my car. Trey, the manager, ensured the entire process was smooth, organized, and efficient. Kevin and Gabriel were outstanding to work with — they were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free from start to finish.   I highly recommend Hakeem Rhodes from the North Charleston site for a promotion, a raise, and corporate recognition! 10/10 stars, top tier customer service. Within minutes of submitting an application, Hakeem reached out to get the process started. I wasn’t ready for such quick contact so I was a little distracted but Hakeem was patient and offered several layers and options of comfort before getting started. Over the phone, He was procedurally proficient explaining each step and checking to make sure I understood before moving on to the next matter. In person, his professionalism and kind confidence merely extended my experience with him on the phone. He was organized and well prepared which made the car buying process extremely efficient which is such a great sign that he respects his customer’s time. Bonus: he was very easy to talk to! It was like talking to a cousin or something. It is with sincere gratitude that I hope Hakeem continues to have a successful career wherever he may land.
