Mr. Craig truly went above and beyond. My car hadn’t been washed in a while—with all the pollen, rain, and even snow buildup—so it definitely needed some attention. I finally had some time today and took a chance, and not only did I sign up for a membership, but Mr. Craig even upgraded my second wash when I asked to go through again for a better clean. That level of customer service really stood out to me. He was kind, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Mr. Craig, thank you for your excellent customer service and for checking in on me. It truly made a difference! I leave 10 stars if I could 👍‼️

Today went back through the car wash and still could not go through the member side because my tag still has not been entered in correctly. The worker came with the attitude, let me through so I pulled up. He yelled “just do it yourself then” but I wasn’t understand what you meant. He was very angry and grumpy today. I plan on canceling my membership there as of tomorrow and go try another car wash in the area!
- DMDenise McCarthyApr 14, 20265.0I used a coupon and got the car wash. They offer multiple wash levels to choose from at different prices. My five dollar coupon got me the wash and free vacuuming. My car hadn't been cleaned in quite some time but it did a decent job on the outside and having the free vacuum was a huge plus. Also they have glass and upholstery cleaner available for you to use along with towel towels for free. Lastly they also had a mat cleaner that you inserted the mat and it cleaned it and returned it pretty much spotless. I was pleased in general and would go back again.
