- DMDat MaiMar 20, 20261.0I had asked the manager to allow me to go through the wash again because the bed of my truck was not clean. He said "it is our policy not to clean the bed of the truck". Although I did not see that statement posted anywhere before I bought the car wash service. Also he said "because you bought the basic package, it did not come with the 'stuff & wax' to help clean the vehicle better" also "you bought a cheese pizza but expect to have pepperoni on the pizza". All I had asked was to go through the wash again because the initial wash did not do a good job. See the pictures below.
