Made an appointment online for 4pm at 3:45 that day. Came by and was brought right in. Got recommendations to keep my pickup quiet on the road and riding smoothly. Fair pricing and great service. Sarah, thanks for your help in getting me in quickly and Joe, thanks for the advice on which tires to use. Very happy with the service and pricing. Thanks, Matt

Sarah was totally awesome with the most upbeat attitude and personality. I honestly thought I would have to explain and repeat my problems about my vehicle. But, she knew what was going on with just a few words. She got one of her best mechanics on the job and they did not stop until they found my problem. Very friendly, very kind, very professional with customer relations. Definitely coming back here.

Went Mavis tire not expecting anything. I’ve had issues with the company in the past. Today was very different! Joe the manager, answered my questions and concerns and took care of me the way a manager would. There wasn’t any judgement or reservations on his part, he and Suzanne were very polite and helpful to my needs. They have changed my opinion of the company Mavis and they have earned my trust and future business. Thank you to Joe’s team at Mavis tire!

Today 3/29/26i went to this location. I replace tie rod ends and upper and lower control arms on my truck at home and went to this Carolina forest location for an alignment. I watched the "tech" fumble around and get frustrated he wasn't able to align it correctly. I did tell the service writer what I did but she didnt seem to pass on the information. After I watch this "tech" give up and return the truck to me, explained to the same service writer that I wouldn't pay for an incomplete alignment and what they needed to do to fix it. Adjust the upper control arms for the camber. She handed me my key and told me to leave and the "tech" "did the best he could". The service writer didnt like I knew what I was talking about and the "tech" doesnt know what he is doing. There are proper steps to alignments. First one being to adjust the control arms. So I went back to the conway location and they did the alignment perfectly with out arguments because they know what they are doing. If your employees or "techs" dont know how to do something maybe you should TRAIN THEM!!!! And maybe when you know you are wrong and someone explains to you what you did is wrong, just admit you are wrong. I am a trained and certified mechanic, I just dont have some tools like the lazer alignment mechine. When I say "you need to adjust the upper control arms" you probably should pull the truck back in the bay and adjust the upper control arms. Just look at the included pic. Camber is in the red because the "tech" didnt touch the upper control arms. What a waste of time, back and forth between 2 locations 5 hours of my day gone. And I still paid full price for this.
