  I made an appointment to have new brake pads installed and get my oil changed. After a thorough inspection it was determined that my brake pads were not in need of replacing yet. They were only twenty five percent worn. I can’t believe the honesty and integrity of the staff. It’s rare. I spoke to Jessica at the front desk and assured her that she and her team earned my continued business. As a female walking into any vehicle service/maintenance business I’ve had many experiences. Some positive and some negative. I’m always cautious. Jessica put me at ease and gained me a customer.

  This place is awesome just for the free air machine that works well and is always on even at night when all hope is lost you can count on Mavis to get some air in your tires.

  Jeff & Jessica, I appreciate the help, advice, and work you & your Team completed on my truck. Given this being my first, of hopefully many to come, service visit... it was very good! Your offer for a FREE tire rotation was greatly appreciated along with the reasonable pricing for my front-end alignment. (APPLAUSE!)

  I’ve used Mavis before. Last time it was a very long wait, today was within an hour, much better. It seems like possibly a change in the staff? Whatever the reason, I was very much happier this time and they even recommended new wipers, which I’d forgotten. Thank you for your great work Mavis tire!

  I went to another place first and they said I needed to replace the tire, took it here for a second opinion and they found it was just a screw in the tread. Just saved me $350.00. Also, Jessica could not have been nicer. Highly recommend this store and staff!
