At 730 at night, I got a screw in my tire and I was hoping to leave at 6am the next day. Josh was very busy yet took the time to fit me in and take care of my issue. This was some good, old-fashion, take-care-of-your- neighbor service! I can't thank Mavis Tire and Josh enough for helping me get home to Vermont on time!

I had a great experience getting my brakes serviced here. The shop is solid, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. I had all four rotors replaced along with a tire rotation, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of service provided.
Keith really stood out—he kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a place that communicates well and delivers on time, but they did both.
Overall, excellent service, honest pricing, and a team that knows what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

I had an unfortunate flat while on vacation. Luckily this location was within a mile of our hotel. I arrived about 20 mins before open and luckily they were already onsite and waiting for me to walk through the door. I didn’t have an appointment and they got me right in. Keith was very nice & knowledgeable. Great location!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location (306 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC).
I originally went in to replace one tire and get an alignment done. Right after leaving, my TPMS light came on and I immediately noticed that the alignment issue had not been fixed. I returned the same day, and while they addressed the TPMS issue, the alignment problem was still not resolved.
They asked me to come back two days later, but when I did, I was told they were short staffed and too busy, so I had to return again. Four days later, they performed the alignment once more, but the problem still remained.
At that point, I was told that my upper and lower front control arms were worn and needed to be replaced, with a quote of over $1,900. When I asked for a copy of the alignment report (before and after measurements), they refused to provide it, stating that they do not give that documentation to customers.
I decided to get a second opinion from another shop, and they confirmed that the parts I was told to replace were actually in good condition. They performed the alignment correctly, and my car is now working perfectly with no issues.
I have also sent a couple emails requesting a refund for the service, but no one has responded or followed up with me.
Overall, I paid for a service that was never properly completed, was given incorrect diagnostic information, and had to deal with multiple unnecessary visits. This experience was a waste of time and very frustrating. I would not recommend this place.

Just recently had my rear set of calipers, brakes, rotors done on my vehicle for a hefty price of $2000, just to get my car back, and then hear a scraping sound coming from the back set of wheels yet again. Took my vehicle back in abundance of caution and told them what I heard. Received a phone call about 30 minutes later telling me my front calipers have all of the sudden locked up and need to be replaced (which isn’t true, the front wheels are fine and no signs of any issues). The guy gave me 4-5 different price points to try and get me to purchase services, and insisting that I have the work done TODAY. I had my vehicle fully serviced and went through by my personal mechanic, whom I’ve used for many years and trust fully, and he replaced brakes, rotors and calipers on the front in DECEMBER! The guy I spoke with couldn’t even keep straight what was “wrong” with my vehicle. It went from just a brake issue to a full blown replacement of everything (brakes, rotors, calipers, etc) in the span of a 10 minute phone call. This place will scam you for every dollar they can without second thought. Be cautious and avoid this place if possible! They seem friendly but will scam the hell out of you.
