Had the car washed one night and noticed the next morning that the lift gate was still very dirty. Went back the next morning to see if they would rewash it and was rudely told by the attendant that we should have come back right away and that we would have to pay for another wash.
As a business owner myself, this was not the proper way to treat a paying customer especially when it was clear that their machine did not do a good job.
I understand that I probably should have checked the car before I left but was in a rush so I assumed the $20 wash did its job.
There are other car wash options out there and I will not be back to this one for sure.

As someone who works with the public daily, the service that I was provided today was nothing short of unacceptable! Upon arrival Derrick was directing me into the wash- his overall demeanor and attitude was terrible!!! I did not pull up fast enough or far enough initially and the face he made and the hand gestures started the experience off rocky. After completing the wash and seeing how poorly my truck was washed, I chose to just wipe it down and continue on with the process. Then I grabbed a vacuum and it wasn’t working either!!! I went to the ones on the other side and checked four of them, no suction on any of the available vacuums. I went inside to the counter to request a refund for the 18$ inadequate car wash I had received to find an empty counter. The female attendant came in and began the refund process only to be interrupted by DERRICK, who came in the side door and asked what I wanted- he told her “I make the final decision” and instructed her not to give me a refund. He stated that I had been thru the wash and that I could move to another vacuum. When I told him the ones on the other side were not working he argued that they were, so we walked the lot and I showed him myself! His response? “Oh someone else clogged them” I agreed to take the hit on the 18$ and decided not to wait for him to “unclog” the vacuum system. Totally unprofessional, I run an entire fleet of about 20 trucks and took my personal vehicle through the wash to give it a trial- needless to say Zips on International drove will not be receiving ANY of our company’s business.

I don’t really leave reviews, but after paying $24 for the second best wash option, you’d think my car would be washed? Glad I didn’t listen to the guy who tried to talk me into a membership because I wouldn’t want to waste more money than I already wasted. You can literally see where the brushes touched my car and didn’t touch my car. Definitely don’t recommend

I was just told by Derek who claimed to be the manager of this location that I could not use the vacuum as I was not purchasing a wash. He said Zips changed the policy last week. I contacted Zips HQ who said that vacuums are free for anyone. Guess Derek doesn’t really understand company policy.
