- AJArnold JonesJul 21, 20255.0I cannot say enough about Kelly Holden at Beach Volvo. I have an Audi, not a Volvo, but Audi was completely useless and helping me get the tire replaced. Kelly not only did her best, but went above and beyond, calling different suppliers, other retailers in town, doing her best, even though the best was, it would take a week to get the tire. She then recommended that I might want to find someplace else to get the tire because they couldn’t get it as quick as I had wanted. She then followed up with me several days later to make sure everything had been taken care of. That’s the kind of customer service that I expect from Audi since I’m paying them, Disappointed that I did not get. Kelly is the best.
