    We have been using Valvoline for years, probably about 15 years and we go to the same location Valvoline in New York and now the same location in South Carolina. We love the consistency, quality, service, professionalism, and courtesy we receive from Valvoline employees

    Huge shout out to Hal and the entire crew at the carolina forest location! Absoutly the best oil change experience ever! Hal was so friendly and funny, the young man that worked under the car was so freaken polite! And top it off the other man that works on the top side speaks like auctioneer when reporting to the man below about the oil change! It truly is an experience... not just an oil change.... thank you everyone here! You have truly won my heart and will take all my vehicles from here on out!!!

    The employees were very friendly, efficient and informative. They took the time to explain everything they were doing all along the way. When I had question they stopped and answered them. I felt like they were present and engaged. Loved them!!! Will go back>
