Love the people, as they are always so friendly and helpful (even when I accidentally sucked something up into a vacuum that was valuable). They retrieved it right away for me! Thank you to them for that. Also, the bathrooms are always immaculate!! I can’t tell you how many times we come here and my toddler or young son have to use the facilities and they are always absolutely clean and well stocked. As long as we live in the area, we will definitely maintain a monthly membership here.

- AHamanda van horn5 days ago1.0Was scolded and reprimanded for my 9 year old helping me wash my mats and blow them dry!!!! Not once did he harm or interfere with any other customer! Then to be reminded of the time limit with over 7 bays available because two older people with there depends on a bunch complained!!! I'm beyond offended and will most likely terminate my membership! Which i have had over 4 years!!! Also in more than one occasion the help scolded my son once for yeah that wasn't ours and secondly for taking too long in the wash bay with the mats. And o had to take them back to finish scrubbing them due to yogurt being spiked on them and him not being able to complete cleaning them!! Very disappointed
