  Amazing service. The team was incredibly communicative and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job. The windshield was replaced less than 24 hours from when it was damaged. I was very impressed with the entire process.

  3 different attempts to replace my wife’s auto glass. 1st time constraint on their part. 2nd attempts glass was scratched. 3rd attempt wrong glass contact your dealership For the replacement. 3 days of meeting the glass guy off work 👎🏻

  My entire experience from start to finish was very smooth. They were very good at keeping me up on my appointment time, what to expect and where they were in the repair process. I took my vehicle in because it needed calibration and waited. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

  Very easy. Called yesterday for an appt and quote on a small chip. Cost was very reasonable. I did not go thru my insurance. They were kind and professional. The appt didn’t take too long. They have a nice waiting room with coffee and water. Thank you so much.

  This is by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. I had windshield replaced a week ago today and since replacing it, I could tell its wasnt done properly. When I drive you can hear the air seeping though the winshield and when I brought car to car wash water was coming in through the windshiled too. Smh I have pics to prove the horrible service here at this Myrtle Beach location. There was a tech name jaimie that came out to attempt to fix the issue and he made every excuse not to work on my windshild. He stated "the boss left early for the day.. its above my pay grade to approve the repair. He then placed tape on winshield thinking this is suffice... see photos!! LAZY LAZY LAZY. I DEF WILL BE FOLLOWING UP ON THIS!
