    The service tech I dealt with, Gary was absolutely the best. He was very informative, explained everything to me . He was fast, friendly . If you ever use Safelight, ask for Gary . You will not regret it!!!

    Safelite people are very polite/pleasant. Technician also covered hood and side of car to protect from damage. The repair is completely a waste of time. Half the chip is still very visible and has sharp edge that will damage wiper blade which will allow water under blade causing streak on windshield. Would not recommend repairing windshield. 3 weeks ago, a neighbor had chip repair with same result. Had to have windshield replaced.
