  We were told we needed a tire alignment while getting an oil change and the first place we picked was here. When we got here we were helped by Joe and Sarah at the front desk and were told it would be about an hour. They called us about 30-45 mins after and were told that 3 of our tires were messed up and needed to be replaced. And it only took another 30 mins to get it completely done. Great place, great service, and great workers, would recommend.

  Came by around 1 today and Sarah told me there would be a 2 hour wait (so I’d come back around 3:30). I was busy and couldn’t wait so she was accommodating to that. She put my name down and even gave me a call around 2:45 saying I could come early. She was communicative, approachable, and even had casual conversation with me while I was waiting for my car to be done. Highly recommend Mavis Tires & Breaks and absolutely loved Sarah!!!

  Mavis Tires at 116 Debo Drove, Myrtle Beach. They are simply the best. Suzanne and Sarah got me right in and everything was handled with complete professionalism. 💯💯💯recommend!

  I just wanted to say thank you so much to Sarah at this Mavis location for having so much patience with me. I had called to see if they could fit me in for an oil change and of course, it was a last minute decision. She was so professional, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and very understanding . Unfortunately, I was not able to get there that day but when I called the following week, she remembered me which is amazing because I’m sure she speaks to many customers per day. I made an appointment for the following day and she already had ordered the oil filter for my car and had it waiting for me. It turned out my car needed a little more than just an oil change. She called me back let me know what was going on with my car. She was very patient with me while I decided what to do with my car. She kept me in the loop she called me back two different times to explain stuff to me. She went well beyond what I expected. She really knows her job and she has great customer service skills. She is an asset to your company. Thank you Sarah and her team at Mavis Carolina Forest location for putting my mind at ease and making that appointment painless. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

  I have used Mavis to replace all 4 tires in the past year, simply because they are close to home. With the cold temps this past weekend, my dash was showing low air in all 4 tires. Upon inspecting my tires, I noticed a screw in one and my heart sank. Drove immediately to Mavis and Sarah saw my distress immediately and quelled my fears. Luckily, the screw went in at an angle and not deep enough to cause a leak. They tested, removed the screw, tested it again and filled up my tires with the appropriate amount or air. I was in and out in 10 minutes with ZERO cost. Sarah was beyond helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Will NEVER use another tire place!
