- DADavid AlfredsDec 10, 20253.0Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They suggested a brake flush and new wipers. I agreed. 20 minutes later I realize no one is working on my vehicle. I ask woman at desk if my vehicle is done and she tells me the mechanic is going back and forth between my vehicle and another. She goes and talks to mechanic who then goes back to working on my vehicle. I realize that there is one mechanic and 3 vehicles in the bays. It took 1hr for oil change and tire rotation and 1hr for brake flush and new wipers. Woman at desk knows this is wrong and takes money off oil change and wipers. That's nice and appreciated, but clearly there's a problem here at this location. My guess is that nobody here did anything wrong. Women at the desk were very nice. The mechanic only has two hands. This is a hiring issue. A management issue.
