After the complimentary tire rotation (I had previously purchased two Mavis tires), they printed out a report showing my front end was actually IN ALIGNMENT, saving me nearly $100 in an unnecessary repair! You don't find this honesty many places these days! Suzanne at the front counter is very friendly and professional!

I got my brake pads replaced and the rotors checked — the job was done professionally and the car drives smoothly again. Lady with a snotty attitude basically told me nope because i was cutting it close to there 6pm closing time. It wasn't one person in the store and only maybe 4 cars in the parking lot which I assume is the employees. I work long hours and only get off right before they close so I couldn't make it sooner. Told them I'll just go to Firestone right up the road instead, way better customer service experience there. Will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER TO GO THERE! But with there attitude they could honestly care less.
