  The low tire gauge was on in my car. I had checked the tires, but the gauge never went off. I had had my tires replaced at Mavis and asked if they could check my tires for me and see if any of them had a small hole or a leak in it since the low tire gauge is not gone off. It was taken in within about five minutes and all tires were checked and everything was fine except for one that was low and so they phoned that one up to see if there was a slow leak. There was nothing they put the right amount of air in the tires and the gauge has gone off. They are prompt. They are polite. They are very professional. I will always go to this Mavis tire

  I had a wonderful experience with Dianne today. She was incredibly professional, yet warm exactly the kind of person you hoped to meet when making a purchase. She took the time to walk me through all of my tire options, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the differences without feeling pressured. I truly felt taken care of, not taking advantage of. Her guidance gave me confidence in my decision, and her kindness made the whole process enjoyable highly recommend this store and Diane!

  I had a great experience here! They fixed my tire quickly and got me back on the road in no time. The service was professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. It’s nice to find a shop - that’s honest and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need tire work again. Highly recommend

  I was in this store on 10/27/25. I have to say it is the best Mavis I have ever been to. I was there getting all 4 tires replaced and a wheel alignment. The process was taking a little longer than usual, so the associate Diane offered to buy me lunch!! It was so nice of her to do that being that I couldn't go anywhere cause my car was on the lift with no wheels. I was kind of in a rush and because it was taking a little longer because they were very busy that day, the Manager Paul went right to work in the shop and put my new tires on the rims and mounted them on my car just to help me get to my next appointment. I have never seen a Manager do that before. They treated me like one of their own and that goes a long way in my book. Will DEF be back there again. Thank you so much Paul and Diane. !!

  The only reason they got 1 star is so I can express how disgusted I am by these 2 assistant managers Mitchell and Dalton at this location. I worked for Mavis as a store manager for 5 years and left in good standing. So naturally I thoroughly understand the process there. And also I have been to this location 3-4 times in the past few months and when the store manager is there it's never a problem. Also it's important to mention that I also literally just bought the same tire from this exact location less than 2 months ago for the quoted price. But I was quoted a price and then they tried to upcharge me 50 dollars and tell me that I didn't get a quote so I showed them the reservation and then put them on the phone with the caller that gave me the reservation. Point being if you guys quote a price and set s reservation you honor it. Period. I was a manager that hit his number every week and never treated my customers the way these 2 guys did today. Disgusted by the way this company has repaid me for 5 years of service and dedication. I opened 2 stores for this company and was more than appreciative of them. And before I moved they still showed me gratitude and never acted like these 2 guys you have at this location. I will unfortunately be pursuing this to the fullest extent just on principle. You guys need to take a serious look at that location. Besides all this they have 1 car in the shop and 2 outside and tech's standing around staring at the wall. Told me 2 hour wait for a single tire replacement. Unless someone resolves this I will make sure to never support this company ever again and every chance I get i will defer people away from this inexcusable stupidity and ignorance they displayed today. You guys need to do better. Jack Fisk and Richard Perez were my bosses and they would have fired these idiots on the spot. That's for sure.
