  I have had a pleasant experience both times I have used this specific location for rental services. They picked me up since I did not transportation to their facility on my own. My second visit recently, I received a car I unfortunately could not drive due to the smell (not their fault, it was definitely the previous renter) they were very understanding about it & provided me with a different car right away. They are very transparent about pricing, their polices & instructions. All the staff members I interacted with on the phone & in person, were all incredibly kind, very helpful and deserving of recognition.

  Hands down the BEST experience in rental car companies especially the Jason Blvd location. Thank you for providing such wonderful service and taking good care of your customers. It really means a lot!

  Never go here. These workers are shady and charge you extra without telling you and will lie straight to your face. I rented a car under an insurance claim and the worker Madison told me that I wasn’t going to be charged anything extra other than the amount for the car and then told me to sign telling me that I was signing to confirm there were no damages on the vehicle and to start renting it. I was going to be late to work so I didn’t take a look on it but they added the DW waiver as an optional add on and did not tell me anything about it. I spoke to the manager Matthew and Madison about the charge and they tried to dismiss saying that the insurance is supposed to cover it and when I told them the insurance wouldn’t cover it they told me that they still won’t refund me my money and I can’t do anything about it because I signed the contact. They then tried to gaslight me that “they told me everything” when I was told nothing. I was never told that I was getting an insurance damage waiver added or explained to me what it even was. I literally told Madison that I did not want to pay extra for anything and she replied that I wasn’t getting charged anything other than the car. These workers are all trash and slimy.
