Of particular note, the office was quite busy, but the staff was very good at quickly, politely and efficiently managing the volume and getting myself, and those waiting around me, in our rentals and on our way. Good stuff, well run office.

- AMA Bit MoreSep 23, 20251.0If you are an immigrant student, don't go there. If you like being well treated, don't go there. If you need a reasonable vehicle, don't go there. Well, we rented online and once we get there they said there was no reservation made. Even though, we had the email confirmation and called them the day before to confirm it, they claimed no reservation was received. We were pretty sure they rented the vehicle we chose to someone else because after all the stress, they said there was no SUV's available ( our choice online). At first, we accepted a sedan vehicle to get out of that place ( there was no other choice at that moment) and when I showed my driver license, they denied me. Thank God, my friend was with me and she presented hers. The girl assisting us was Taylor Lyles ( clearly giving a different service to american's clients. We are not trouble makers and never disrespected her nor raised our voice, so there was no reason for such a thing). After 40 min there, an SUV showed up and we decided to take it instead however, tires were not aligned and made weird noises the whole trip. Long story short, we will never go back to Enterprise or recommend this place again. Lesson learned!
