    They don't even get 1 star in my book! I scheduled a pickup reservation at the Jason Blvd location for December 26th at 1:30 pm, made at 11:00 a.m. on December 24th. I received a phone call at 8:30 am on the 26th informing me that they were entirely out of stock. I inquired why I had not been notified at the time of booking, only to be told that the location closed at 3:00 PM on the 24th. My reservation was indeed made at 11:00 AM on December 24th. This location has proven to be the least satisfactory. I am now without a vehicle, and no alternative options are available. This is entirely unacceptable! This is not the first time this has happened.

    Tajay R at this location was wonderful. We were in a stressful situation, where our car had broken down out of state and was finally fixed (from 11/20/2025 to 12/14/2025) Another location we reserved a car at, texted us an hour before pickup that they didn't have any car for us. We called 911 Jason Blvd and spoke to Tajay and she helped us get in a car, so we were able to get our personal car back! This was a great experience and we'll be back in the future. Thank you!
