I got upset naturally however, Christian immediately stepped up and took control of the situation when he saw I was not happy. Not only did he go way above and beyond for me, he also stood there while I had a full on break down in front of him on his counter. He listened to me and worked with me with compassion and caring which in this scary world is all we need today. I got my car and made it to my destination safe and sound. Thank you so so much Christian, you really saved my day.
