Don't even deserve a star

The customer service is exceptional at the counter throughout the rental process. Everything fell apart once we picked up the vehicle. We have rented our last vehicle there.

She ensured that my car was serviced and ready to go. I was at the counter no more than 3 minutes. The SUV was clean inside and out and in its designated location. Navigation out of the airport was smooth. The vehicle was great on gas and had a very quiet interior. It was also quite roomy for all three travelers. The rear view mirrors were large and intuitive, alerting me of any traffic behind me as I switched lanes. The weather was amazing and the few times we ran into rain showers, the wipers were highly effective in clearing the windows. My parents were passengers and they were very comfortable for the entire 5 hour trip. Overall renting a vehicle from this Enterprise was a 5-star experience!
