- BHBrittany HeathSep 20, 20251.0Dropped camper off July 5th since warranty was through August 28th and CW is the authorized collision/repair specialist. Back leveling jack and electrical components needed replacement, area of delam needed to be LOOKED at and estimate, and small cracked area LOOKED at. Everything took foreverrrr. 3 weeks into them having our RV they hadn’t even ordered rear leveling jack. Today 9/20 we go to pickup RV. Paid $1220 total with the jack being . Two separate diagnostic fees for same issue (rear leveling jack not working), jack COVERED by warranty, $38 leveling outlet door replacement (not installed), and labor which is also $195/hr Ultimately $1200 for installation of a free jack and electrical jack components. Insane. Craftsmanship was awful, old parts left inside electrical and through a fault when we got there. We were informed tech was no longer employed. Tech we spoke with today knew what he was doing. Side note: Lori (service advisor) was good and easy to work with
