    One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. We purchased a used RV trailer in late December 2025. On our first trip in February 2026 the shower did not drain and the water heater was not working. We also realized the latch on the screen door was missing so it would not stay closed. To compound the issues the strike plate on the door was missing so the only way to shut it was to slam it closed. Last but not least the awning lights were not working. One of the big selling features the salesman pushed was how thorough they were in inspecting the used trailers so we should not have these types of issues. We put the trailer in the CW repair location in Kissimmee, FL. Fortunately the service advisor there was fantastic and extremely helpful. The extended service warranty picked up almost half of the total bill. The Myrtle Beach CW did step up and pick up the remaining balance but no one from there ever called with any update or to apologize for the inconvenience. We were lucky because we had family in Kissimmee so we did not incur additional hotel costs for the 6 nights our trailer was in the shop for repairs. However, we did incur a one night penalty at the RV resort we were booked at so we were still out additional dollars.

    Mike was our guide and he was on point with everything. He helped us look at the camper with the golf cart so we didn’t have to walk. The paperwork and financing was quick and accurate. Insurance was a phone call away to obtain and the next day the camper was available to take home. We had a great experience coming here and would recommend it to anyone.

    Never have I ever been treated so rudely!!!! We had went to CW to try to find a small camper that was solar equipped and small enough for my new truck to pull. The associate took us to 2…. Yes, 2… and had the audacity to look at us and tell us that if we weren’t in the market he didn’t want to waste his time bcz he wanted to spend time with people who were “Buying today”. We left. I have never been so furious. So CWMB, you have lost our business and if I can help it, nobody in my family will buy from you either. Even if I have to pay more.

    Everything was fine. We had Joshua as our salesman. He was very delightful to work with. Very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and very astute. Unfortunately, our daughter decided to wait a year before purchasing. But when she is ready, I’m sure we will be purchasing from your establishment. And certainly would want Joshua s our salesman.

    Our sales guy was very nice but the experience as a whole was awful. It took forever waiting for everything to go through with our purchase. After sitting there for hours (5+) they told us we would have to come back the next day for titling and pickup, mind you they scheduled an appointment for that. We went back the next day at our scheduled appointment only to have to sign more paperwork because the first set was messed up and still had to wait 5+ hours. They had to give us a whole different camper because the first one was messed up. The second one still had to be detailed which they did a crap job at still leaving saw dust on the beds, mud on the floors, per in the toilet, and so much more. After telling them this was not acceptable, they "re-cleaned" it. Still not doin a good job but whatever at this point. There were things still wrong with the camper, the kitchen drawer was uneven and wouldn't close completely and there was silicone one the outside of it that needed to be cleaned off. We went to the service department and told them. They wrote a ticket for it and said they would call when they could repair it.( It's been 6 months and we have never heard from them). As we drove off the lot with our BRAND NEW camper we noticed something burning from the wheels. We immediately turned around and went back to camper world. They looked at it and realized no one had ever installed the emergency brake away cable for the trailer. They are nothing but shady and only out to get your money. Buyers beware!! I only gave them a 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them 0 stars.
