They had sent me a zero-down offer by mail to close out my current lease early for a higher trim level on a new CX-5. After evaluating my previous vehicle which had low miles, they dropped the monthly lease payment by $50 from the mailed offer. Still $0 down. Didn't know that was possible. The new car with the higher trim level will cost less over the next three years than the previous lease. This may be a good time to buy/lease from them. My thanks for the pleasant surprise as I am very focused on conserving cash these days.

She was very busy but took the time out to do this minor thing for me. She also gave me her own phone cord as the cord I was trying to use would not work. Kudos to Shea.
