  Following some boating electronics purchases at BPS, the items were installed by the Tracker Service Center at North Myrtle Beach. Mike and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their work was great! I recently had an issue with one of the fishfinders not powering on. An appointment was scheduled and troubleshooting was accomplished. The unit powered on and was working fine. I am perplexed, but again, Mike and his staff were great! I am intentionally avoiding identifying a manufacturer, as electronics come down to an individual preference and the focus of this review is on the Tracker Service Center. My experience there was outstanding.

  WARNING. If you pay cash deposit you will not receive it back the way they said. We put a deposit down on a boat. We were told if you change your mind or financing doesn’t go through just come back and you get your deposit back. Cool. Simple enough. A week later we drive the 2 1/2 hours back to go get the deposit back only to be told we have to wait for a check since we paid cash. Excuse me? We were NEVER informed of this rule. Had we been told of this we would have put the deposit down on a card (debit or credit whichever the preferred) This is a big establishment and you mean to tell me you don’t have the funds to refund me the cash we gave you like we were told would happen?? A gentleman made a phone call and then came back out to us and told us that and told us to call this lady she handles the finances. Only for him to fail to mention she has to REQUEST A CHECK and then when she gets that then she will mail it to us. I say failed to mention because she told me that she informed him of that and to let us know. Which he didn’t. A week later and she still has not heard anything about the request she submitted. She said she “has no idea how long it will take” So no here I sit waiting on her to call me back today since she said she would. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. You have our money and you are playing games and doing a whole run around for us to get it back. I do not recommend this company for this reason.
