  Poor customer service. They don’t even bother to acknowledge your presence or ask if you need assistance. Just ignore customers and act as if they are busy!!

  Pro ot service. They scanned my car for any problems and gave me a print out for my mechanic to see. I also got a great deal ON rain-x. They have a loyalty program. I highly recommend them.

  Was helped greatly with various car issues from Dallas as well as one of her coworkers. She was very thorough and worked hard in finding cures from some of my 1993 Lincoln Town Car issues with security shutdowns. Would heartily recommend her as a extremely valuable employee!

  Every time I come here, it's the same man who is absolutely no help. He comes of as lazy an doesn't seem to help out in any way. Anytime I see he's working, I know I've just wasted my time walking in the door. Not sure if it's because I'm a women and he thinks I know nothing. I needed help changing my headlight out because I haven't done my front one ever, and he told me that my whole headlight would have to be pulled out and he can't do it. I go to O'Reilly and they literally took a cap off and showed me how to do it for next time. He's done this with my battery before as well.

  There is a concrete planter outside of the entrance and exit doors,road rashed my shin on it something terrible.
