Anytime I see he's working, I know I've just wasted my time walking in the door. Not sure if it's because I'm a women and he thinks I know nothing. I needed help changing my headlight out because I haven't done my front one ever, and he told me that my whole headlight would have to be pulled out and he can't do it. I go to O'Reilly and they literally took a cap off and showed me how to do it for next time. He's done this with my battery before as well.
