When I got there and asked about the battery, they quoted me double and said that’s all they had. The employee told me they wouldn’t be able to install the battery for me and that I would have to take it to a mechanics shop because “the computer had to be reset”. That sounded odd to me and I immediately called my usual mechanic, to which he told me that was not true and there is no reason they wouldn’t be able to help with replacing it (he said that’s most likely because they didn’t want to take the time to do it). I went back into the store and told them that my mechanic said there should be no issue with the installation and again, they refused to help. He then proceeded to say “so are you buying the battery or what” …. Neatless to say I did not purchase from them. My mechanic on the other hand took care of me right in the parking lot of their shop (no computer had to be reset and the car runs better than ever)
