The gentleman walked me through everything told me how it was going to work, and that my technician would contact me several hours before arriving. The technician Arrived at the time he told me he was going to arrive. He was very professional, very clean and very knowledgeable. The explained the whole process.   We were on vacation and when we contacted Associated about a shattered windshield on a Sunday and they were able to locate and install a new windshield in our Honda Oddesy by the next day.
