  Impressed! Professional, knowledgeable and nice! Gary was fantastic as was the tech who was was at my home within a couple of hours of my call to them. New windshield and calibrations done right in my driveway! This will be my go to company from now on!

  I needed a quick repair when my rear window was shattered and I had to drive back to FL the next day. After calling four other places I spoke with Gary and he quickly assured me that he could not only find my glass but also do the repair the same day. He was professional and true to his word. Within 30 minutes he had me set up and even texted me my insurance contact information. The tech was friendly and efficient. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Don't know what I would have done without Associated Windshield. Great customer service.

  Is there a zero star rating ? They agreed to come replace my windshield on Saturday between 12-1. I told the tech that was the latest I could do because I'd be driving the car 800 miles the very next day. They call and text me 45 min after they are supposed to be here to tell me that they can't come because his "tool box fell off the truck". Then didn't bother to respond after that. Unbelievable. At this point it's too late to try and find another company to do the work. Completely unprofessional.
