Made a reservation online 2 days before my arrival, received a confirmation email stating that the car would be ready for pickup by the time I arrived. I got to the counter to find that not only did they not have any available cars for me, but that I couldn’t switch my reservation to any other car agency in the building. Was left completely stranded in Myrtle beach with no alternatives. Won’t be recommending.

The vehicle was clean, smelled new and was great! At the drop off, I had to be on flight wee hours of morning, it was so easy to turn in the car, and drop the keys and go! Would definitely use Alamo again!

In Charleston the service is extraordinary and 100%. Plus in a recent Myrtle Beach pickup it was just a little shaky with the person using a little bit of fear tactics and being overly serious with telling me about what would happen if I didn't bring the car back full as I always do. I think the folks at the pickup counter Myrtle Beach could learn something from the staff which is usually in place at the Charleston airport. However, in dropping the car off in Myrtle Beach, the person was amazing, extremely friendly and courteous. I would say he was quite personable. Any company needs to have a face in the face is always that type of their employees. Enough said!
