Within minutes, he claimed my alternator was bad — despite barely looking at anything else. Something didn’t feel right, so I went to a reputable auto shop down the street for a second opinion. They performed a full diagnostic and confirmed the real issue: a bad cell in the battery I purchased from this same location last year. The alternator, which had also been replaced last year, was in perfect condition. Instead of honoring the battery warranty, they tried to blame the alternator to avoid responsibility. Completely dishonest and disappointing. Do not buy a battery from this place — save yourself the trouble and go somewhere reputable.
