    Got in my car this morning and tried to start my car and it didn't start until several tries later so went to the Advance Auto on Dick Pond Rd and a young gentleman met me with a smile and I proceeded to tell him what happened and he said let's test your battery first. Thank goodness it was the battery so he took out the old one and installed the new one. Just wanted to give kudos to Stephen for being courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Was in and out in about 20 minutes I would recommend going there anytime for any problem you have with your car.

    Shitty customer service sign inside says multiple detailing products 50% off and employe is going to rip the sticker off in front of my face and say that it doesn’t belong there and then go on to tell me he just works here like of course you do that’s why I asked you a question 🤣 that you obviously didn’t have the right information too but instead of asking you fellow employee your going to make up your own decisions

    When I usually go here, the guys are pretty friendly but this particular employee this time seemed like he didn't have time for me and had a cocky attitude and spoke to me like a was an idiot. Not sure if it's because I was a woman. I told him my battery light was on and before even looking at it, he replied "it's your alternator." I asked well how do you know if you haven't checked it and he repeated himself and said "cause it's your alternator, but if it makes you feel better I'll come test it." He tried explaining to me what was going on and was set it was my alternator and told me i have about 2 hours left of battery before it gives out. I asked him are you sure it couldn't be the terminals or that they are corroded?(because I've had that issue before) He said nope. I will say, he was nice enough to give me a number of a mechanic shop. But I felt like he didn't want to deal with me and was trying to rush me off. I decided to go to a shop near by and it ended up not being my alternator. It was in fact my terminals. I know this place isn't a mechanic shop but giving false information and the attitude has officially turned me away as a customer.
