The supervisor I spoke with (who didn’t give his name) acted as if I had interrupted his lunch. He was dismissive, belittled me, and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. For context, I’m a master mechanic — I’ve been doing this long enough to know when something’s not an installation error. He refused to warranty the pads or help with the cost of the rotors, and instead told me to go to another store to handle it. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I’m not saying to completely avoid this location, but definitely be cautious about who you deal with. Personally, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Advance Auto Parts has always treated me much better at other locations, but this store did not.
