  Very POOR customer service. Three guys went to look and actually spend some money and got treated as if they were poor and bored, Joshua gave them this type of service and should be recognized for it. If you’re looking to buy a camper I would recommend skipping camping world. Glad my husband and his friends were able to find somewhere worth shopping at after this!! Believe me if I could give no stars, I would have.

  Want to buy an overpriced Dometic toilet gasket? ($50, yes $50) well before that you will need to listen to a sales pitch for a membership. Politely decline? You can do that but the cashier will continue with 4 more attempts! It is one thing to bend customers over on overinflated parts - it’s another to harass them until they never want to come back! Full time RVer’s for over 5 years and this location is the WORST!

  1 star has been provided due to the fact that I cannot write a review with 0 stars. This store does not back its products. Purchased a camera for our camper, it worked for about 5 minutes, only to realize it was missing pieces from the box that I purchased. When my husband and I were speaking with the manager to resolve, the manager quickly cut me off, and was very clear that he will only be speaking to my husband. We eventually were able to figure this out, but not without increased blood pressure on both of our parts, and my leaving the store since they were clear they will only speak to the man. Do not shop at this store. I can see why they have a 1.7 out of 5 stars on yelp. And keep in mind, in order to provide a review, at least one star must be chosen. Imagine the real score.

  Brought our trailer down for a much needed vacation and a piece on our old weight distribution hitch broke requiring us to buy a new one. Went into different RV stores looking for a new hitch, knowing what we wanted and needed. Every single place EXCEPT Camping World either didn't have a hitch in the weight class we needed in stock, tried to sell us one that was rated 3 times higher than we needed, or was priced 2-3 times what others were charging. We finally ended up at Camping World thinking for sure they would be the exact same as everyone else. We were surprised that not only did they have the hitch we wanted/needed in stock, it was priced $125 LESS than everyone else who would have had to order it in. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or couldn't use. We are for sure going to go back the next time we are down in Myrtle Beach!

  , once your done in finance though your left to put your camper up and ready to move . Also my stepmom was told since she wasn’t buying today she couldn’t look at any campers so she will be going else where . Took back to get some issues fixed the bathroom door. Now closes but goes all the way back and have to reach in the wall to grab the sliding door to close where they didn’t put a the stopper back. Was there all day for 2 simple task. Was told that the outdoor. Speakers didn’t work on trade in and that they weren’t fixing it . Nothing was said to me when I bought it about the speakers not working . Do not buy a used camper from them
