- LLLeoApr 9, 20265.0Just bought a new membership from ZIPS in Murrells Inlet, the attendant was Frank. Frank had an awesome attitude, very polite/friendly/pleasant. ZIPS should be pleased with an employee such as Frank. Wish all workers were like him in this world.

I went and talked to the attendant and the only thing he could say was they were waiting on parts, and this usually happens with SUV's and trucks. Not even an apology. Then, as I was drying my vehicle, it was like the front end was never even touched it was still dirty. You pay full price, but get half of what you expect.

I literally leave with a truck full of soap every single time. Please add more water jets or more pressure. The only thing moving the soap is the blower at the end.
