She explained what the problem was and gave recommendations!! We decided to put 4 new tires on the vehicle. Our vehicle was taken back and we chatted with Shelley while she was taking care of customers!! I highly recommend this Mavis Tire for any auto problems!! Thank you Shelley & the gentlemen that serviced our vehicle!!

The team was professional from start to finish, and the quality of the work really shows. Jacob, my mechanic, stood out in particular. Not only did he do an excellent job, but I noticed he was also taking the time to teach some of the other technicians while working. That says a lot about his knowledge and the kind of team environment they have there. Everything was done right, and the car feels great afterward. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for solid, professional work, and I’ll be going back for future service.

An unfortunate circumstance on vacation(Saturday) on a holiday weekend lead us to Mavis tire who were the only ones open into the late afternoon on a Saturday. Dan was helpful over the phone, answered all our questions, and reassured us that we could stop by first Monday morning. Upon arrival, Dan and Shelley made sure our tire issues were solved in a timely manner, even being short staffed, but managed it professionally well!
