Spoke to the lady at the desk a guy came out and said by appointment only. Funny I could hear everyone in the back just chatting and carrying on. The folks at MPT are completely the opposite. I was greeted warmly and given a quote same day. If you want local service MPT is, you place. After getting my Tahoe back it looks better than new! Great team, great follow up and great work. Also came back due to the back turn signals not working. Had blow bulbs. The team jumped right on it and replaced them and got me back on the road!
