Last time I was there I had my dog with me while they changed my tire and it was a lot colder outside than I realized so my dog was freezing and they were more than happy to let me wait inside with my dog while I talked with one of the employees the whole time about our dogs. But yes I went through multiple times and I have no complaints.

On Christmas Eve, they got me in immediately to replace a bad tire, which was a huge relief. Justin went above and beyond — incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The nail was at the sidewall, so it could not be repaired. They were very courteous, helpful, and prompt. The person I dealt with gave me several options of tires and did not try to upsell me to an expensive tire that I don’t need. I was very satisfied with their service.
