Woulda have had a good lawsuit but got a nail in one and Black’s tire told me how dangerous the wrong tires are on my 4 ton truck. They said the tires belong on a Tacoma not a 2500. Now I pay 500$ more for correct tires. Geniuses work here.

I planned my work schedule around it and arrived early for my appointment. After standing at the counter for almost an hour, I was told they never ordered the tires or the lug nuts. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right - just a vague “we don’t know what happened.” Unfortunately, that kind of response shows a serious lack of organization and respect for their customers’ time. I left without any of the services I scheduled and lost a day of work in the process. I had hoped to become a repeat customer, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If you value reliability and basic professionalism, I’d recommend looking for another shop.
