It's a 2017 Lincoln MKX.. sure the negative terminal was recessed a bit The air cleaner had to come off. 2 plastic tabs and a hose clamp to loosen I screw holding the battery bracket Needed a 7..8 and 10 millimeter socket to get terminals off..We are in our 70"s and don't have the tools hanging around plus the battery was super heavy. Had a friend come over to help us. He watched a 4 minute U tube video and it took 12 whole minutes to replace start to finish. I'm pretty sure all battery replacement takes 10-15 minutes .So I just went to Walmart Tire and Auto and gave them my $200. If I had of had the car there they said would of done it..I just think they didn't wanna be bothered. It's all good. I always thought Auto Zone was the best place to shop but I guess everyone has bad days and employees. I know you guys have thousands of customers and might not even care if you lose a couple. Didn't think I'd have to write this but it just bugged me...12 minutes ...Wow
