  I have used starling for a long time. I bought my wife's trailblazer there; and that's been a headache since. I just had it in for 2 tires to be replaced and their system messed up and only charged me for 1 tire not the 2. Their service person didn't catch the issue, and I guess I was supposed to. Since then, I have been bombarded with phone calls for a 218-dollar part. I told them I would call and pay for their mistake and STILL they call over and over. Didn't know they were so hard off for money that harassing their customers for THEIR mistake is business policy.

  The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Left my truck there two separate times for a whole week & they claimed both times they couldn’t replicate the issue that my truck has every day. Disregarded everything I told them about the issue a took 5 days and multiple messages to get a call back!! Even took 3 days to patch a tire! Communication is terrible and my AirPods were stolen out of my truck!

  We are absolutely thrilled with our brand new Chevy Z71 Suburban! Working with CHIP was an absolute pleasure, and Justin was an incredible team player who guided us through all the paperwork seamlessly. We can't recommend Chip highly enough! We truly appreciate both Chip and Justin and are excited to be part of the Starling family! Chip truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His calm, cool, and collected demeanor is impressive, and we are incredibly grateful for his hard work and dedication to our family! While we had the option to visit any dealership, we chose Starling because of Chip and the tremendous support they've shown to the OCA rugby team over the years. Our daughter played on the team, and we were grateful for their backing during a time when rugby wasn't widely recognized as a sport. Starling's support meant the world to us, and we felt it was important to give back. Thank you Chip & Justin!
