- CMCameron McAuliffe1 day ago1.0Went for a quick oil change today, just expected to be in and out like the care I have received at other locations in the past. The techs at the Johnnie Dodds location used an evac hose to take remove oil when there was no need to do so. After forcefully breaking off the foot and a half piece of plastic within the dipstick tube the techs told me they didn’t know what to do. I had to get out of the car as most of them walked away from the situation. Their conclusion after an hour of time wasted was that I needed to drive my car with a two feet of plastic tubing close to my engines crucial parts to the next location. Completely atrocious service, never go here. The larger piece of the evac hose in this photo the techs said would “just melt in my oil pan.” What a joke. Only go to the jiffy lube in West Ashley they hire TECHS not idiots don’t waste your time. If you want to purposely inconvenience and waste your time come on down for an oil change.

I always pay attention to make sure not getting scammed or ripped off. So this is to say..make sure you are watching and paying attention to what is being worked on, and what you are being charged; because you WILL GET CHARGED. I'm very dissapointed in the Tire tech and his half assed work.
