I went in for a routine oil change on a Honda CR-V, and left with what I thought was a positive experience. Within 5 miles of leaving the location, I started hearing a horrific screeching under my car, and loud metallic banging whenever I went over a speed bump. I looked under my car and found that the metallic engine heat shield was not resecured properly, and was basically hanging off of the bottom of my car by a single bolt. I calmly called the location the next day and spoke with a representative who seemed understanding of the situation, and told me that his manager was busy at the moment but he'd take my number down and have his manager call me back to discuss reimbursement for any auto care I'd need to have done. Not only did I never receive a call back, but I never heard ANYTHING from them on next steps or any word at all as far as reimbursement for the damages they caused. This left me with a horrible loss of trust and respect for this location, and will be taking my business to an accredited auto body shop from here on out. Consumer beware if you go to this location and they break something, they don't seem too keen on making things whole.
