  It was a seamless process from the appointment to completion! The tech, John, contacted me upon arrival & at completion. I walked outside with him to check out the finished product. He explained the do's & dont's. He was polite, professional and personable, all in one!! I even got their Advanced Beam Blades (windshield wipers) & he put them on. *I know I can get cheaper wipers elsewhere, & I usually do, but it was supposed to start raining that afternoon & I knew I wouldn't have time to buy new blades beforehand & likely wouldn't put them on myself in time either!* Driving my car home from work that evening, in the rain, I couldn't get over how clear my view was! I kept thinking it was like driving with a new windshield, and then was like, duh 🤦🏻‍♀️, I am! 🤣

  Ben did my windshield and it came out amazing, his coworker Scott came out too they were clear in what they were doing and kept me updated on anything but one think changes and they needed some info but when they called the shop to help their worker in the shop Nicole sounded extremely rude and snappy at them and just seemed impatient.
