  Bait and switch!!! Wanted to repair a new chip about the size of a nickel. All online information indicated that this was repairable. Tech not only didn’t repair but left after cracking the entire windshield. Only option is to replace the windshield. Oh, and no refunds! Unfortunately not able to leave zero stars.

Let's you know all the details in the service,goes step by step to make sure you have the best understanding in all thats being done.   Prompt and professional service. My particular windshield was not in stock locally so there was only a 3 day delay from the original scheduled appointment. The installer did a great job!

  I visited Safelite today to schedule an appointment to have my rear window replaced. An employee named Bret came out to take a look. I explained that the window became completely smeared, I believed caused by a car wash when soapy water somehow gotten between the window layers.Bret started to explain the replacement process then said “I know what that is, it’s the tint.” He then spent well over an hour to rectify the problem. Trying to pay, he said no charge for this type of work, chark it up to customer service. I’ve used their services in the past, always satisfactory, but this time they seriously exceeded my expectations.

It’s clear that the technician genuinely cared about doing a quality job and making sure I was satisfied with the result.
