The guys working here came and shined my tires because I complained. It’s a constant issue at this location that has not been working right in a very long time. Frustrating.

We had an incident over a month ago where something malfunctioned with the tracks in the tunnel and the car behind us ran into us. We immediately spoke to the manager and filled out a claim form that he provided. They admitted that things had not been working correctly and that they should have had an employee at the end of the tunnel to institute the emergency stop. They also said "we are going to take care of you, no problem! We have insurance for things like this". They told me someone would be emailing me with instructions and next steps. Here we are over a month later and I have not received any communication. I have reached out in numerous ways and still have not been contacted. I have been back in person several times, called and texted the manager, called customer service and filled out information on the website contact page and still no response.

The last few times I went through I have rolled around the car wash. I spoke with the owner and he said they were replacing the treads (this was a few weeks ago and I went through today and they were noticeably broken and unable to hold a vehicle in place). He told me that if I had hit another vehicle due to the car wash, they would have paid for it. That is not something I want to deal with. When I told the owner this he ignored me. Today I went through, and a third of my back windshield not only wasn’t clean, it wasn’t even wet. Can someone please tell me how to cancel the membership?
