  Imira, Chris, and Lorenzo were amazing, helpful, polite, and most professional. I will select the Mt Pleasant Enterprise location every time I need a rental. The people are fantastic, and the vehicles are well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Enterprise!

  Imira and Lorenzo Pacino were wonderful in helping me secure a vehicle quickly and with a smile. I had a car fiasco before coming to this enterprise and they immediately made me feel so much better and got me into one of their vehicles. They are a masterclass in customer service.

  The staff at the Bowman location were ready for me when I arrived and had a great comparable car . When I returned, someone took me to pick up my car from the collision repair shop. They made the process really easy. We have use Enterprise many times before and have always had great service. I would definitely recommend to use them to get a rental vehicle.

  Nick never fails to help out here. I had messed up on the reservation and listed pickup location as the CHS airport Enterprise as I was traveling across state for work. Despite the time crunch and mess up on my end, Nick was super optimistic about finding a solution during my pickup—was able to get me in a big truck which was honestly perfect for my catering event in Savannah. I truly love coming to this enterprise. I’ve been about 5-6 times in the last year for work and always have a pleasant experience with Amirha and the crew. Thanks gang!

  I never leave a review but this is a last resort. If you are renting from here, I’d really encourage you to take copious pictures of the rental vehicle before you drive away. We did so with a vehicle rented from them, with a LOT of damage and they are still trying to get our insurance to pay for it. We went back and forth with several people at the location and every time we submitted pictures they said everything was ok…then we’d get a call from another person from this location saying it hadn’t been taken care of. We did this three times. The last straw was when I got a call from my insurance company telling me they had submitted a claim MUCH, MUCH later. Take detailed pictures. They also changed the rental agreement to a much earlier date than we actually picked up the vehicle. I am sure they are not bad, dishonest people but this has been a nightmare of a situation that has required a lot of work/hours to solve.
