I expected to get some kind of discount when buying new tires, but the answer was simply no. They told me the tires came with a 40K-mile warranty and gave me that expectation when I bought the tires. When the product doesn’t meet the expactation now they tell me to contact the manufacturer. The person at the shop was almost blaming me for buying “cheap tires.” He said it twice. Sorry my budget is limited; sorry I’m not wealthy enough to meet your idea of a “good rich customer.” This is the last time i an dealing this company. So, don't trust the tires comes with some miles warranty and don't think you will get some kind of discount.

Eric & one of his associates put a lot of water in my radiator. They even put an extra gallon of water in my backseat….just in case. When we got home, our local mechanic discovered one of the radiator hoses had a leak. Eric & his associate helped us out tremendously that Sunday afternoon. It gave us peace of mind to start home. Thank you Eric & NTB!

- BCBasil ClairNov 2, 20251.0Poor service. What should have been a simple refund for a tire warranty that was not requested, turned into an argument. Instead of an apology and a refund I got an argument and a reply of “I don’t know how “ to process a refund. 4 calls to customer service another trip to the facility and another argument with Eric. A total waste of time . FYI they are not BBB accredited. They have two signs saying they are , however the attached photo tells a different story. Here’s the hot tip Eric - when a customer has an issue and you can’t accommodate them first apologize for the misunderstanding concerning the issue and reassure the customer that it will be handled properly the next business day . . “I dunno “ and you mister customer are a lier is not only unacceptable, false, and rude, but should be grounds for termination. And Eric, YOU sir are the lier. Remember folks this is all about principle not the $123 charge for something I never asked for . I am to receive a call from a Robert Anderson district manager to resolve. Stay tuned
