  I had a great experience at NTB; I took my car to Affordable Tires in Mount P. and realized my backseat hadn’t been reattached and several things needed attention after having been at their shop for over a week. Thankfully, Eric immediately took time to reattach it and look at my car on a Sunday. They were so helpful and I’m very grateful!

  I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The first time I visited, was an emergent situation as my tire had gone flat from a nail, so I took it over immediately after getting off work, about 30 minutes before they closed. They plugged it for free, were super nice, and did not make me feel bad at all about coming so close to closing time. The second time I came was for an oil change. After the oil change was finished, they came in and said they found a nail in one of my other tires (a slow leak i’ve had for years but never took to get looked at) and offered to remove and plug for free again. I’ve had maintenance done on this car and no one has ever said anything anywhere else. Their staff here is very friendly and helpful. This it my new one-stop-shop for minor maintenance!

  We got a flat pulling into a hotel a few hundred yards from NTB. Zack went and assessd the tire, which would not hold air, and drove it to the shop. It was late in the day with other customers, but they fixed us up and got us out. We were very grateful for the great service.

  I stopped in to NTB in Mt. Pleasant to get an oil change and get a screw in my tire patched up. I didn't call before hand but got right in. They were so quick and helpful. They didn't try to sell me on other things I didn't need and the whole process was quick and easy. I live quite far from here but I think I'll come here for all my oil changes!

  As a brand new Charlestonian, I've had to do a lot of navigating and transitioning. In one of my first months here, I experienced some car troubles (of course right) and NTB swiftly became the only place in Charleston I'll take any of my vehicles. The service manager, Dale, has made himself available and sometimes even stayed later if I had any extra concerns. That right there is what separates someone who’s just doing their job from someone who takes pride in the customer service they provide. That is Dale, through and through, and it shows through his staff members like Eric, Shawn, Bobby and all their service agents. As a business operator who owns multiple vehicles, they take special care of each car concern (and trust me I have PLENTY of concerns) with professionalism, exceptional service, and long lasting results. From oil changes, new batteries, changing tires, squealing brakes, removing random lights from my dashboard, new car 2026 pulling to the left, watching me panic because my favorite car broke down, they’ve been with me through it ALL! Great job y’all and thank y’all for everything you do!!! The best in Charleston / Mount Pleasant hands down! <3
