Turns out that back door of the van was not working , tire pressure was low and no gas at all. It was empty completely. Jake gave me a very small discount for non working door. I would not write bad review if they would not ignore me. Enterprise ignored me. Big problem is leaking roof. Water dripping during the rain on the drivers seatbelt. Water goes from seatbelt to the belly and down to my groin. Then when we got to hotel and went to check I looked like peed myself. All wet in my pants. That’s humiliating. Imira promised me a solution for that. I waited for almost 1 month nothing happened . I called back and got a hold of same old Jake. Still nothing happened. And if nothing will happen again I’ll write to bbb.org. I’m sorry in advance. But if Imira would not promise me what she promised I would never write this negative review
