They almost immediately checked it, found it was dead and replaced it right then and there. They also checked the starter to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Now I have a car again! Thank you everyone at AutoZone!!!

- DADaniel AbarnoOct 27, 20255.0Gotta shout out to Angel at this location. I was stuck in the parking lot with a dead battery and he went above and beyond to help me with my car. I had to take half my car apart to get to the battery, thanks Ford, but Angel helped as much as he was allowed to do and he should get credit. When I finally got to the point where I could take the battery out, the auto zone team took over and had me feeling like I just performed a miracle by doing it all at night in a parking lot with limited tools. Thanks to Angel and the team up there!

It sat there for 8 days waiting in line. They did a diagnostic test. Needed a new battery. Took it back to auto zone. Michael was so nice. He couldn't have treated me any better if I was his mother. Went to the store gave the clerk the part number, he verified it was a fit for my car then went and got it for me. Total time in store was less than 5 minutes.
