- BBBlairFeb 18, 20261.0Refused to install a standard battery I purchased from them on a 2019 Toyota… a completely routine replacement. I was then told to carry the battery out myself. Another local shop installed it immediately and was shocked that AutoZone wouldn’t handle such a basic job. Now I have a permanently bleach stained shirt from handling the battery. Very disappointing and not happy with the way I was treated. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they didn’t look at me like I was being ridiculous when I asked for help.

Not only was Nick extremely knowledgeable about my headlights, but he took the time to actually replace them for me. Excellent customer service and he went above and beyond. I hope AutoZone corporate knows they have an excellent employee in Nick.
