Called to confirm they had the parts before I placed the online order for 2 different parts same day delivery. They sent 2 of the same part, had to get a ride in to exchange the next day. No delivery refund or compensation for messing up the order. I needed the parts to get my vehicle on the road and they failed me. Dont trust their same day delivery service if you need it to be right. Order was placed around 2 pm and out for delivery at 7:36pm arrived at 8:55. Im not complaining about the delivery time frame just the lack of double checking your orders before you send them out.

I travel down to this Mount Pleasant AutoZone because of their customer service. They are always so helpful and help me determine what it is exactly that I need for my vehicle and most often times even helped me put it on or replace it. Customer service here is top notch.
