  I had a very pleasant experience at AutoZone. Nicholas was extremely accommodating providing me with the information I needed to make purchases that best fit my needs. He took the time to replace the wiper blades that I had just bought, while engaging in friendly small talk with my son and me. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized. I highly recommend this location.

  Great service and very kind staff! We bought a car battery, and since our car was completely dead, a helpful gentleman even drove us to our vehicle, installed the new battery on the spot, and took the old one away. I’m very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend this place!

  Refused to install a standard battery I purchased from them on a 2019 Toyota… a completely routine replacement. I was then told to carry the battery out myself. Another local shop installed it immediately and was shocked that AutoZone wouldn’t handle such a basic job. Now I have a permanently bleach stained shirt from handling the battery. Very disappointing and not happy with the way I was treated. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they didn’t look at me like I was being ridiculous when I asked for help.
